Behind Vivekananda Yoga Program® is its wide-scope and depth of learning, thus it is suitable for practice by ALL!. We would now like to share the scientifically proven yoga practices with everyone for better health and harmony! The practice of Vivekananda Yoga Program® can be segmented into 4 Main categories: Each segment is further divided based on different other techniques and practices. Vivekananda Yoga therefore is an outreach for making Yoga a socially relevant science.

All Programs Scientifically researched and validated at Svyasa Yoga university
Programs under the supervision of our Consultant Physician (BNYS)
All our instructors are post graduates in Yoga therapy with extra training for all our modules
Yoga therapy sessions are conducted as private sessions or in group with periodic assessments and progress evaluation
Monthly BMI and vital signs monitoring done for all members to keep you informed on your health performance parameters
