VY[+] Active™

VY[+] Active™ is based upon classical Patanjali yoga combined with Hatha yoga techniques; it focuses on building both physical and mental strength. A typical session includes some or all of these practices:
  • Asanas (Postures)
  • Pranayama (Breathing Techniques)
  • Relaxation Techniques
  • Meditation
  • Kriyas (Cleansing Techniques)
  • Trataka (Eye Exercise)

VY[+] Cardio™ is designed to improve the cardiovascular outputs. The practice will keep your heart rate up, burn calories and help in losing weight fast.

VY[+] Dynamic   I & II

VY[+] Dynamic™ I involves basic postures done in a flow way (interconnected to each other) without any rest in the entire session.

VY[+] Dynamic™ II is the secondary level of postures builds on the practice at the primary level.

VY[+] Hatha™   I & II

VY[+] Hatha™ I involves basic postures done in slow motion with breath regulation and holding.

VY[+] Hatha™ II is the advance level of postures done in slow motion with breath regulation and holding.
