Mukha refers to ‘Face’ and Lepam to ‘pack’
Some of the facials for skin care are
Navara Mukha lepam: Consists of a pack made of Navara rice cooked along with milk and herbs such as Sandal and Rose.
Aroma facial: Uses essential oils for massage, essential oil based scrub and pack
Fruit facial: Uses Aroma oil for massage, Cucumber and oats or tomato paste and oats for scrub. Pack with Papaya and banana paste mix with face pack powder or Multani mitti (Fuller’s earth)
Precautions to be taken– The pressure should be applied in consensus with the Participant be gentle in using cotton/sponge and water to remove the scrub.
